Description	We are looking for a J2ee Technical lead. Should have Technical Lead experience in recent project.
Required Skills	6+ years of software development experience Strong Java/J2EE skills with last 2 years as Technical Lead of Java projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of Software Architecture & J2EE design principles Hands on experience on Agile development methodology Experience in working with cross-functional & cross-country teams Exposure to Oracle, Unix and Mysql will be preferred Exposure to retail domain or point-of-sale systems is a bonus
