Roles & Responsibilities:

• Change Request Analysis
• Support Configuration development work
• Support testing for the development
• Provide support to Production and Non- Production environments
• Perform real-time analysis
• Identification/resolution to restore integration functionality to the SLA\
• Develop and maintain system administration scripts
• Configure, Install and Quality Assurance check each environment
• Communicate and assist in resolving problems with other groups
• Configure Queues and Channels to support transactions

Required Skills

• Capable of performing gathering requirements, analysis, configuration and testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must.
• Must have good experience in following:
• Primary: Unix Scripts, Perl Scripts, IBM Websphere MQ Administration, IONA Orbix Administration, Middleware
• Secondary: C++, Java, Oracle
