| Description | o PeopleSoft HCM (8.9 or above) techno-functional (70/30%) resource for 6 month initially and will be extended further based on his/her performance. o The consultant must have hands-on experience performing technical support in a production environment, including debugging and implementing solutions |
| Required Skills | o Hands-on experience in implementing enterprise PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll systems (preferably Global payroll otherwise NA payroll will work too) o Must have hands on experience in developing Interfaces and Customizations (Strong in PeopleCode and App Engine) o Must have hands on HR, Benefits and Global payroll configuration experience. o Must possess extensive technical and functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, Benefits and Payroll o Ability to work successfully in a team environment and possess the flexibility/adaptability to changing requirements. o Develop and modify a variety of PeopleSoft HCM modules using SQR, Applications Engine, PeopleCode, component interface, and PeopleTools o Must have experience in prepare technical documents, gathering and identifying fit/gap requirements for PeopleSoft HCM functionality. o Understanding of Core HR application, Benefits and Global Payroll. o Experience with several full lifecycle implementations. o Support effective and efficient business processes in partnership with other software and reporting development teams. o Identify Analyze, Support & Resolve Open issues. o Must have strategic understanding of HR/Benefit/Payroll function and processes. o Working with other technical team members, perform unit tests and end-user tests on developed solutions, in accordance with internal IT procedures, before migrating developed solution in the production environment. |
