Position Description:
  • Java:  Java is used as a programming language. Developer should have good command over basic Java concepts, OOPS Concepts, Collection Framework, Threading Concepts, Object class and its methods.
  • J2EE:  JSP and Servlets are used extensively. Apart from these technologies, developer has to work on  JSTL , Custom Tag Library, Servlet Filters etc.
  • Spring MVC: Spring MVC Framework is used for web application development. Developer will work on different types of controllers, view resolvers etc. Familiarity with Spring tag libraries is required. Web front end is designed using spring tag library.
  • Spring IOC: Knowledge of dependency injection is required. Pinacle is using application context file for dependency injection.
  • Oracle: Used as a database. Developer should know how to write SQL, join queries, different function of SQLs, normalization of tables, table creation, alteration etc.
  • IBatis: IBatis is used as an ORM tool. Queries are written in Ibatis xml file.
  • JUnit: Development of Unit Test cases.
  • DBUnit: Development of Database unit test cases
  • Liquibase: version control of database queries.
  • SVN: Version Control
  • Websphere Application Server: Application Server. Developer should know how  to deploy ear/war files.
  • iRAD: Application Development tool
  • Eclipse: Application development
  • Spring Webservice: Development of web services, WS-Security etc.
  • WURFL, WNG: Used for Mobile screen development.
  • Java Design patterns:  Mainly used design patterns are:
    1)        Singleton pattern
    2)        DAO pattern
    3)        Delegate Pattern
